Mintive raises $7m seed round led by Cowboy Ventures

The enterprise agent infrastructure company has raised $11m in total and reports more than 50 paying customers.

Mintive announced a $7 million seed round led by Cowboy Ventures on 29 October 2026. Operator Collective and Burst Capital joined as new investors, while Coatue, Hustle Fund and Maven Ventures participated again. The latest round brings its total funding to $11 million.

The company, formerly MintMCP, builds controls for enterprise AI agents. Its gateways govern which tools, company data and models agents can use; individual credentials and activity records let IT teams manage access and investigate actions across different AI providers.

Mintive says it serves more than 50 paying customers and processes over 2.5 million agent calls a day. Customers include Ro, Modern Treasury, Coursera and Stability AI. Its platform also supports agents working in Slack and Teams with persistent memory and delegated permissions.
