Journify raises $12m Series A for advertising signal infrastructure
Al Mada Ventures and Silicon Badia lead funding for US and European expansion and AI tools that improve advertising data quality.
Journify announced a $12 million Series A on 3 November, led by Al Mada Ventures and co-led by returning investor Silicon Badia. Shorooq and Bunat Ventures increased their investments, while Du Ventures and Oraseya Capital joined as new backers.
The company builds infrastructure that connects customer interactions and sales data with advertising platforms. It validates and enriches conversion events across websites, mobile apps, offline sales and business systems, helping advertisers provide more complete first-party signals to platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and Amazon Ads.
The capital will support expansion into the US and Europe and further development of AI tools that monitor connections, detect signal-quality issues and address them. Journify says more than 100 businesses use the platform, including retailers Jarir Bookstore and Baytonia.
Founded in 2022 by Taoufik El Jamali, Amine Chouki and Omar Al Shoubaki, Journify is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Dubai and Riyadh. The company says the round was completed at four times its previous valuation.
