Granter raises €1.6m for its AI grant consultant’s European expansion
Impact Innovation Fund leads the round as the Portuguese company expands its product, team and international reach.
Granter has raised €1.6 million to develop its AI grant application platform and expand across Europe. Impact Innovation Fund, managed by 3xP Global, led the round.
Celtis Venture Partners, Gateway Ventures, Deel and Bracken Darrell also participated. The financing brings the company’s total funding to €2 million.
Scaling a grant application business
The company plans to invest in product development and more than double its workforce by the end of the year. Spain, Germany and Italy are expansion priorities, with the United States a medium-term ambition.
Granter’s service helps organisations identify funding programmes, prepare applications and administer projects after approval. The expansion would take that workflow into more markets, where eligibility criteria and application requirements differ.
From a pitch competition to commercial use
Led by CEO and co-founder Bernardo Seixas, Granter won the Web Summit PITCH competition in November 2025. Tech.eu reports that it has worked with 140 businesses and supported €30 million in funding applications.
Those applications represent money sought by customers through grant programmes. The new €1.6 million round finances Granter’s own growth.
