Hyperbolic raises $30 million Series A1 for GPU orchestration
Walden Catalyst leads the financing as Hyperbolic develops software to unify and trade AI compute capacity.
Hyperbolic announced a $30 million Series A1 on October 27, 2026, led by Walden Catalyst. Dell Technologies Capital, General Catalyst, Vista Equity Partners, Cambium Capital and Salience Capital also participated.
The company will use the financing to advance Forge, its GPU infrastructure control plane, and expand orchestration services across cloud providers. It also plans a Global Compute Grid through which suppliers and customers could buy, sell and resell eligible GPU capacity.
The expansion targets the mismatch between AI teams seeking flexible compute and providers trying to put available hardware to work. Planned additions include Slurm support, automatic scaling and unified data services.
