Healio joins Future of Health Grant at Level 1
Healio receives equity-free programme support for collaborative healthcare staff scheduling.
Healio joined Level 1 of the Future of Health Grant in the spring cohort announced on March 5, 2026. Seven startups were selected from 352 applications for equity-free support, coaching and access to healthcare partners. The announcement did not state Healio’s individual allocation.
The Lausanne team develops collaborative staff scheduling for healthcare organisations. Its AI-assisted platform combines staffing requirements, working rules and team preferences to help managers build schedules with staff participation.
The programme’s clinical network includes opportunities to test solutions through its Pilot Factory. A new partnership with Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte expands the settings in which participating startups may develop real-world pilots.
