Firenze raises £2.5 million seed round led by Outward VC
Form Ventures and Portfolio Ventures join backing for investment-backed lending infrastructure.
Outward VC announced its lead investment in Firenze’s £2.5 million seed round on March 26, 2025. Form Ventures, Portfolio Ventures and angel investors also participated.
Firenze helps wealth managers offer loans secured against clients’ investment portfolios. Borrowers retain their investments with their existing custodian while accessing liquidity.
The company plans to use the equity backing to expand partnerships with wealth managers, develop its platform and scale operations. The seed round is separate from the lending facility supplied by Monument Bank.
