AlbionVC leads the equity round, with follow-on backing from Outward VC and Form Ventures.

Firenze announced a £6 million equity round on April 21, 2026, led by AlbionVC. Existing investors Outward VC and Form Ventures also participated.

The UK company provides infrastructure for lending secured against investment portfolios. Its platform allows wealth managers and advisers to offer clients liquidity while keeping their assets with their existing custodian.

Firenze plans to expand its partner network, develop its software offering for banks and enter additional markets. It also intends to more than double its team. The round follows a separate £2.5 million seed financing announced a year earlier.
