eGaranti completes TRY18.3 million crowdfunding round
The digital-warranty company’s second Startup Burada campaign attracted 697 investors.
eGaranti completed its second equity crowdfunding campaign on Startup Burada, collecting TRY18,265,700 from 697 investors. The campaign ended on 29 December 2023, and a 4 January 2024 announcement reported the completed seed round.
Startup Burada GSYF, managed by Hedef Portföy, led the financing. Techpoint and individual investors Emrah Sivrioğlu, Hakkı Alkan, Kerem Özten and Ozan Doğan also participated.
The Istanbul company digitises warranty documents and lets customers manage products and service requests in one account. For brands and retailers, it connects warranty records, aftersales services and additional protection products.
Co-founder Sinan Peksoy said the financing would support new consumer revenue streams, help business partners generate revenue and accelerate international expansion.
