Econovus Packaging raises Rs 40 crore pre-Series A
Rainmatter leads the company’s first institutional round, with Rockstud Capital participating.
Econovus Packaging announced Rs 40 crore in pre-Series A funding on July 7, 2026. Rainmatter led the round, with participation from Rockstud Capital.
The Pune-based company planned to build an integrated manufacturing facility and a dedicated design centre. The investment would help it expand packaging solutions across industrial supply chains and export markets.
Founded by Ramesh Prasad, Econovus had operated without institutional funding before this round. Its products serve shipments ranging from automotive components to batteries and heavy industrial goods.
