Dolfin raises $2.5 million seed to expand sales compensation software

Swanlaab II led the round, joined by Archipélago Next, Inveready and Dozen, as Dolfin targets customers in Europe and the United States.

Dolfin raised $2.5 million in seed financing publicly reported on May 13, 2026. Swanlaab II led the investment, with participation from Archipélago Next, Inveready and Dozen.

The Barcelona company develops software for sales compensation management. Revenue operations and finance teams use it to design incentive plans, calculate commissions and adapt rules as sales strategies change. Sellers can see how individual deals affect their expected earnings.

The financing will support product development and expansion of Dolfin’s go-to-market team in Europe and the United States. Its platform integrates with existing CRM, enterprise resource planning and HR systems to support larger and more complex sales organisations.
