DigeHealth hospital pilot receives Vaud SyNNergy co-funding

A hospital project with CHUV and CSS will investigate gut-sound sensing after surgery, backed by the Canton of Vaud’s collaborative innovation programme.

DigeHealth’s hospital pilot with CHUV and CSS is co-funded by the Canton of Vaud through its SyNNergy programme, Future of Health Grant announced on September 7, 2026. The announcement identifies support for the collaborative pilot and does not disclose its amount or an allocation to DigeHealth alone.

The project will investigate whether monitoring gut sounds can help detect post-surgical bowel dysfunction earlier. It is one of the first three hospital pilots launched through Future of Health Grant’s Pilot Factory, which brings startups together with healthcare organisations to test their solutions in practice.

SyNNergy provides financial support and coaching to collaborative digital innovation projects in Vaud. For DigeHealth, the pilot offers a setting to assess its sensing approach with hospital and insurance partners.
