Diogo Dalot invests more than €1m in Bioniq
The footballer takes an equity stake in the personalised nutrition company and will contribute to product development.
Bioniq announced an investment of more than €1 million from Diogo Dalot, the Manchester United and Portugal footballer. The company said Dalot would also collaborate with its team on product innovation, drawing on his experience as an athlete and customer.
Founded in 2019, Bioniq creates personalised nutritional supplements using blood biomarkers and other customer data to determine ingredients and doses. Its offering combines individual formulations with direct delivery to customers.
Dalot’s investment follows Cristiano Ronaldo’s separate backing in 2024. The company did not disclose a funding-stage label or a new valuation for Dalot’s contribution.
