Auriga Cyber Ventures I reports €55m raised as it targets €70m

Georges Lotigier disclosed the cybersecurity fund’s fundraising progress in a March 2024 interview.

Auriga Cyber Ventures I had raised €55 million and was aiming for €70 million, fund co-founder Georges Lotigier said in an interview published by La Gazette France on 13 March 2024. The figure describes capital raised to that point, with fundraising still continuing.

Lotigier said the fund, created with cybersecurity industry entrepreneurs in 2022, targeted early-stage cybersecurity software companies and had already invested in 13 businesses. He named Crypt and OverSooC among its investments.

The €55 million total follows the fund’s earlier report of nearly €20 million in commitments in July 2022. The two figures mark successive stages of the same fundraising effort.
