Arcos raises seed funding for an integrated critical-infrastructure security service
Arcos connects alarms, cameras and sensors to a shared incident record, then pairs the software with staffed control centres that assess and escalate events.
From scattered signals to a managed incident
Critical sites often rely on alarm panels, cameras, access systems and sensors that report through separate tools. Arcos’s Trident platform maps those signals, including equipment already installed, into a common operational view. An alert arrives with its location, history, related sources and response plan, giving an operator context to assess what is happening.
Arcos also operates alarm receiving centres on the platform. Trained staff can filter false alarms, record decisions and escalate incidents, connecting the digital alert to the people and procedures responsible for response across infrastructure, commercial and residential sites.
Software and response under one operator
The company combines the monitoring platform with the control-centre service rather than stopping at a dashboard. That joined model is designed for customers that need signals turned into documented action, and the new seed financing supports Arcos as it develops the platform and prepares for broader critical-infrastructure and European adoption.
