Arcos’s Trident platform maps signals from alarm panels, cameras, sensors, access systems and emergency-call units into a shared model, including equipment already installed at a site. Operators can see an alert with its location, history, relevant sources and response plan instead of handling each device through a separate system.
Arcos builds the platform and operates alarm receiving centres on it. The combined service assesses alarms, filters false positives, documents actions and helps trained operators escalate events across public infrastructure, commercial sites and residential services. This links the software record to the people and procedures that carry out the response.
