ICONIQ led the September 2025 financing, valuing the Claude developer at $183 billion post-money.
Anthropic completed a $13 billion Series F on September 2, 2025, at a $183 billion post-money valuation. ICONIQ led the round, with Fidelity Management & Research Company and Lightspeed as co-leads. Funds affiliated with BlackRock also participated.
The Claude developer planned to expand capacity for enterprise customers, deepen AI safety research and support international growth. It said its annual revenue run rate had reached more than $5 billion in August, up from approximately $1 billion at the beginning of 2025.
