ag-tech.systems closes Seed round for electrical crop protection
NRW.BANK and a new family-office investment vehicle join the German agricultural-equipment company. The financing amount was not disclosed.
New shareholders at the commercial rollout
NRW.BANK invested through its NRW.SeedCap program. The other newly named backer, ag-tech Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG, brings together several family offices in a vehicle organized by Nicolas Hübner of Hübner Invest.
The August 21 announcement places these new investors alongside existing shareholders Raiffeisen Ventures and ISEG Leistungselektronik Sachsen. That shareholder base connects agricultural distribution and high-voltage engineering with the company’s effort to commercialize electrical plant treatment. The release does not say those earlier shareholders invested additional money in this close.
