Techstars invests in early-stage startups through three-month accelerators combining funding, mentorship and access to investors, industry experts and commercial partners.

Founders apply to a specific programme, which can be organised around a startup city or a specialist industry. Current sector priorities include health, finance, space and defence, and critical infrastructure.

Programmes with corporate or institutional partners provide a route into particular customer ecosystems, such as financial services, healthcare or food production. The programme’s partner network and location are therefore meaningful parts of investor fit alongside the funding offer.
