Wabi raises $55m at a $1.25bn valuation in IVP-led financing

The personal AI assistant brings shared conversations and custom mini apps to everyday planning.

Wabi announced $55 million in funding led by IVP on 29 October 2026, valuing the company at $1.25 billion. Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Forerunner and Alexa Fund participated alongside angels including Tobi Lütke, Marc Benioff, Marissa Mayer, Dick Costolo and Alex Pall.

Founded by Replika creator Eugenia Kuyda, Wabi combines a personal AI agent with shared spaces and small apps built around users’ needs. Friends, couples and families can use it to coordinate plans, pursue shared interests or maintain routines, rather than keeping every interaction in an individual chat.

The financing follows Wabi’s public launch and its move toward a shared AI messenger. It previously raised a $20 million pre-seed round in November 2025.
