Vortex issues JPY300m five-year bond through San-in Godo Bank
The private placement will provide working capital for Vortex’s property services business.
Vortex issued a JPY300 million five-year private placement bond through The San-in Godo Bank, Ltd. on September 25. The company will use the proceeds for working capital.
The financing supports Vortex’s office ownership, property investment and management business. Its services include fractional ownership of office floors through VShare, alongside property acquisition, leasing and management.
The issue uses San-in Godo Bank’s SDGs private placement bond programme. Part of the bank’s fees will support a planned donation to Matsue Seishin Special Needs School in Shimane Prefecture.
