Venttup raises $3m Pre-Series A for precision manufacturing
Rainmatter and Unicorn India Ventures co-lead financing to expand engineering and prototyping.
Venttup has raised $3 million in a Pre-Series A round co-led by Rainmatter and Unicorn India Ventures. The company announced the financing on 29 October 2026.
The Bengaluru-based business combines engineering design, prototyping, testing and contract manufacturing to help customers develop precision components. It works with a network of manufacturing partners serving energy, defence, aerospace and other industrial sectors.
Venttup will expand its engineering team and establish precision manufacturing and rapid-prototyping capacity in Bengaluru. It also plans to use AI for sourcing and supplier intelligence. Unicorn India Ventures previously backed the company’s separate seed round in 2024.
