Ulé Homes won the $10,000 grand prize at TC Battlefield during Moonshot 2025. The company confirmed the award in a public announcement following the competition.
The Nigerian business helps customers finance rent rather than paying the full bill upfront. Its model addresses the gap between monthly income and the large lump-sum payments commonly required to secure housing.
The competition gave early-stage African ventures a platform to present their businesses. Ulé Homes co-founder Omolade Akinwumi accepted the prize at the event.
