TextYess raises €4m seed extension for AI-operated ecommerce CRM
Italian Founders Fund leads the round, with VC Partners and Entourage returning to support product development and UK expansion.
TextYess announced a €4 million extension of its seed round on 5 October 2026. Italian Founders Fund led the financing, with existing investors VC Partners and Entourage also participating.
The Milan company combines a CRM with AI agents that prepare audiences, campaigns and automated flows across email, WhatsApp and ecommerce websites. It connects orders, conversations and customer behaviour so marketing teams can coordinate work across channels.
The funding will grow its AI and product team and support international expansion, starting in the UK. Founded by Riccardo Russo and Edvaldo Gjonikaj, TextYess serves more than 350 brands, including Ducati, Veralab and Pittarosso.
