Sunrise raises more than CNY1bn to scale AI inference GPUs
The April financing supports S3 production, software development and subsequent chip designs.
Sunrise announced a financing of more than CNY1 billion on 20 April 2026. The company plans to use the capital for volume production and delivery of its S3 inference GPU, expansion of its software ecosystem and development of its S4 and S5 chips.
The company designs chips and computing systems for running AI models. Its product range combines GPUs with cards, servers and the SIRE software stack, connecting hardware to model deployment and serving.
