From aerial imagery to a contractor quote
Spotable turns an address into a 3D model with roof or facade measurements, material takeoffs, labor hours, costs, margin and VAT. Contractors can use the result to prepare a quote without rebuilding the estimate from manual measurements.
Built for roof and facade businesses
The company says 350 customers, mostly roofing and facade contractors in Belgium and the Netherlands, use its platform; more than 10 million square metres of roof have been processed. It has begun testing the technology at US trade shows and reports an early commercial foothold there.
