Spotable is a digital sales platform for roofing and façade contractors. A contractor enters a property address and the software generates a 3D building model, measures roof or façade surfaces and calculates material quantities. It can then produce project estimates and quotations, helping sales teams qualify leads and prepare proposals before arranging manual site measurements.
The platform combines lead qualification, measurements, estimates and client/project management. Contractors select surfaces in a 3D model and can export reports with areas, slopes and roof dimensions to PDF or Excel for customer discussions and downstream workflows. Spotable says its algorithms can return automated renovation quotes in minutes; the product is built to turn property information into an actionable sales file.
