Adapting the storefront to each visit

Spangle’s ProductGPT learns a retailer’s catalog, advertising context and conversion patterns. Seller agents use that information to shape the shopping experience as visitors arrive from social platforms, search and AI discovery tools, then feed results back into the system.

More engineering capacity for retail deployments

The investment will expand the engineering team and fund development of the company’s models and agent infrastructure. Customers include REVOLVE, Steve Madden and Alexander Wang; REVOLVE reported a 50% increase in revenue per visit using the platform.
