Skye Air closes $4 million first tranche of Series B
IAN Alpha Fund leads the first close of a planned $9 million round.
Skye Air Mobility announced the first close of its Series B on March 11, 2026, securing $4 million towards a planned $9 million round. IAN Alpha Fund led the financing, with participation from AVNM Ventures, Faad Capital and Bajaj Capital.
The company planned a further $5 million tranche and intended to expand beyond Delhi-NCR into Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata. It would also invest in drone operations, airspace management and autonomous logistics technology.
The expansion plan builds on a network that connects aerial delivery with ground logistics. More cities would give enterprise customers additional routes for time-sensitive shipments.
