Reflection AI announced a $2 billion funding round on October 9, 2025 at an $8 billion valuation. Its named backers included NVIDIA, B Capital, Citi, CRV, Disruptive, DST Global, Eric Schmidt, Zoom Ventures, Lightspeed, Sequoia Capital and 1789 Capital.
The company planned to expand from work on autonomous coding into broader AI reasoning, developing models with openly available weights and supporting software. The financing supports its training infrastructure and research into models that developers and organizations can adapt.
