Quantum Systems secures €150 million debt financing

The European package includes a €70 million EIB loan and financing from three banking partners.

Quantum Systems announced €150 million in long-term debt financing on February 12, 2026. The package includes a €70 million European Investment Bank loan alongside financing from Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and KfW.

The agreement supports the company’s industrial scaling and continued development of unmanned technologies in Europe. It was presented at Quantum Systems’ headquarters in Gilching ahead of the Munich Security Conference.

Quantum Systems develops unmanned systems and aerial intelligence technology. Access to longer-term bank financing gives the company capital for its expanding industrial operations, complementing the venture investment used to build the business. The EIB had previously backed the company with a separate €10 million investment in June 2021.
