Quantum Systems adds €180 million in Series C extension
The additional financing supports unmanned systems across air, land and maritime applications.
Quantum Systems announced a €180 million Series C extension on November 27, 2025, led by Balderton Capital. The additional capital followed the €160 million Series C announced in May, taking its 2025 financing total to €340 million.
The company plans to expand its development of AI, software and hardware for unmanned systems across multiple domains. Its MOSAIC UXS mission software links these capabilities, broadening the business beyond individual aircraft.
The financing also supports industrial production and strategic acquisitions. During the year, Quantum Systems acquired and integrated AirRobot, Nordic Unmanned and Spleenlab as it expanded its technology offering and international operations. The extension valued the company above €3 billion.
