Quandela completed an equity financing on 7 September 2026, according to a legal notice published on 21 September. It issued 277,208 new ordinary shares for cash, with share-subscription warrants attached.
The transaction’s value and subscribers remain undisclosed. Quandela supplies photonic quantum computers and cloud access for research and enterprise applications, alongside single-photon sources and software for designing quantum circuits.
