Primo raises $8m Seed to put autonomous agents to work across corporate IT
Its platform connects employee identities, devices, applications and policies so IT agents can execute work with human oversight.
Agents that can carry out IT workflows
Primo links employee records, devices, applications and company policies in one infrastructure graph. That context lets agents coordinate work such as onboarding across systems, while applying business rules and asking for approval when required.
The platform is already used by more than 400 customers across ten countries, according to the company. Its first autonomous agents are live, giving IT teams a way to delegate routine operations while retaining visibility into actions and exceptions.
