Primo connects employee identities, devices, applications and company policies so IT teams can automate operational work across those systems. For onboarding, its platform coordinates tasks such as provisioning permissions, apps and device policies, while requesting human approval when a step needs review.

The company says more than 400 customers across ten countries use the platform, and that its first autonomous agents are live. That puts the product beyond a planned capability: teams can use agents for IT workflows today while keeping approval in the loop where required.
