PLD Space adds €108m to Series C for MIURA 5 industrialisation
The extension takes the round to €288m and will expand rocket production, test capacity and launch infrastructure.
Building toward commercial launch operations
PLD Space develops the MIURA family of reusable launchers and the LINCE capsule. The Spanish company is preparing MIURA 5 for industrialisation, with vertically integrated engineering, testing, manufacturing and launch operations aimed at serving satellite and institutional customers.
The company has added €108 million to its Series C, bringing the round to €288 million and aggregate funding to €488 million. The extension will support MIURA 5 industrialisation, increased production and test capacity, expanded launch infrastructure and a transition toward commercial operations. Mitsubishi Electric and COFIDES participated again, alongside new investors Endeavor Catalyst and Spain Oman Private Equity Fund.
