Pixel Systems raises $3.1m seed to verify digital evidence
Unconventional Ventures leads the financing for the Stockholm company’s media-forensics platform.
Pixel Systems announced a $3.1 million seed round on October 29, led by Unconventional Ventures. The company plans to build its commercial organization, expand sales and partnerships, and prepare for international growth.
Its Pixel product combines forensic analysis methods to detect AI-generated or manipulated images, video and documents. Customers use the results when reviewing material such as insurance damage photos, receipts, invoices and refund evidence. The company supplies an API and dashboard so verification can fit into existing review processes.
