Peppermint Robotics closes ₹100 crore primary and secondary deal
pi Ventures and Crane Venture Partners lead the pre-Series B transaction, with new company capital supporting manufacturing and global expansion.
Peppermint Robotics has announced a ₹100 crore pre-Series B transaction led by pi Ventures and Crane Venture Partners, with participation from Asiana Fund. The package combines new capital for the company and secondary share transactions; the split was not disclosed.
The company will use its primary capital to expand manufacturing, develop new robots and strengthen international operations. It plans a North American assembly line, alongside its Pune facility, and additional hiring in engineering and senior leadership.
Peppermint builds autonomous robots for commercial floor cleaning and specialised material transport. The company says its machines operate across nine countries in facilities including factories, hospitals, warehouses and pharmaceutical cleanrooms, with the US its largest market.
The financing follows a ₹34 crore Series A in April 2025. The newly announced ₹100 crore is the total transaction size, including secondary share sales, rather than a disclosed amount of fresh cash received by the company.
