Oorja raised $1.5 million in a pre-Series A announced on September 28, 2023. Micelio Fund and Capital-A led the financing, with participation from Java Capital, Anicut Capital and Lead Angels.
The Bengaluru startup combines physics and machine learning to help engineers model batteries and electric-mobility systems. It plans to develop its software and expand into European and North American markets.
