OMGene.AI receives $3m from Infinity Group for genomics and AI research
Amir Gal-Or’s venture combines genetic research and AI to develop personalized decision-support tools.
OMGene.AI has received $3 million from Infinity Group to develop its genomics and AI research, founder Amir Gal-Or told Globes in an interview published on January 16, 2025.
The venture was operating as a nonprofit research institute, with Amit Gal-Or leading a team working on personalized decision support. Its initial approach linked DNA samples with research on human traits, then used AI to generate reports and conversational guidance.
Gal-Or envisaged serving organizations that could offer the product to employees once the research matured into a commercial business. He also described plans to seek a further $20 million in funding.
