Nazara’s preferential issue reaches INR730.78 crore after revised allotment

Five Bluetile and BestPlay founders and executives subscribed to the revised private placement, following the August proposal.

Nazara announced a proposed INR733.5 crore preferential equity issue on August 6, 2026. The company subsequently removed Hugo Rémy Gaston Blavin from the proposed syndicate after documentation requirements were not met, reducing the issue to INR730.78 crore.

The board approved the allotment of 23,881,711 fully paid shares at INR306 each on October 12, as confirmed in the company’s October financial report. The five remaining participants were Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer, Marc Sylvester Schutze, Maxime Loppin, Alexandre Paul Jean Noirot Cosson and Alexander Osou.

The investment connects Nazara’s equity base with the leadership of Bluetile and BestPlay. In the original announcement, Stauffer described reinvesting part of the proceeds from those businesses into Nazara. The private placement and the group’s acquisition payments are separate transactions.
