Marmalade secures ₹6 crore for spirits expansion
The funding will help the young drinks company build distribution around its first launched brand and develop a wider portfolio.
How the product works
Marmalade’s first launched product, Brightside Craft Whiskey, is positioned as an approachable, flavour-forward spirit. Its built-in pour meter is part of a product experience designed to make serving consistent while presenting whiskey in a more contemporary style.
What the funding enables
Brightside launched in Pune in January in partnership with Amrut Distilleries and blender Ashok Chokalingam. With a product already in market, the company plans to expand distribution and build further brands, moving the business from launch toward a wider regional presence.
Use of funds
Expand distribution
Build brands
