inploi raises £3 million to expand enterprise hiring software
YFM Equity Partners led the financing for the London talent technology company.
inploi announced £3 million in funding on April 21, 2026, led by YFM Equity Partners with support from existing investors.
The London company will use the capital to expand in the UK and US, grow its team and develop AI Talent Agents for sourcing, screening, scheduling and candidate communications.
Its platform works alongside employers’ applicant tracking systems to streamline applications and improve the candidate experience in high-volume recruitment.
