Impress announces $117 million financing for European expansion

The November 2024 package includes a $40 million debt commitment from Trinity Capital.

Impress announced a $117 million funding package on November 12, 2024, including a $40 million debt commitment from Trinity Capital. The financing supports expansion of its European orthodontics network following the acquisition of DrSmile.

CareCapital, LBO France and TA Ventures were also named as participants. Impress planned to use the capital to open 20 clinics across Europe and extend its presence in markets strengthened by the DrSmile acquisition.

The company combines clear-aligner treatment with digital planning and clinical oversight. The financing supplied expansion capital as it integrated the acquired network and prepared additional clinic openings.
