Orthodontic care across clinics and an app
Impress treats patients seeking to straighten their teeth with clear aligners. A clinic visit establishes the diagnosis and treatment plan; patients then receive orthodontist supervision through a combination of appointments and the Impress app.
The service brings 3D scanning, software-based treatment planning and continuing monitoring into the same clinical workflow. Its network offers treatments for adults, teenagers and children, as well as retainers and whitening services.
A European clinic network
Founded in Barcelona in 2019 by Vladimir Lupenko, Diliara Lupenko and Khaled Kasem, Impress combines a healthcare provider network with software developed for its own clinicians and patients.
By October 2026, the company reported more than 110 clinics across ten countries. Its next phase of expansion targets northern Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
