HiRAO INC signs capital partnership with KRAM Inc.
The agreement supports joint brand development and HiRAO’s planned expansion into South Korea.
HiRAO INC and KRAM Inc. announced a capital and business alliance on October 3, 2026, following an agreement signed on July 28. The companies did not disclose the investment amount or shareholding terms.
The partnership combines HiRAO’s branding and communications work with KRAM’s capital, management and business development capabilities. Joint work will focus on brands, intellectual property, entertainment and new businesses.
HiRAO plans to establish a South Korean company, provisionally called HiRAO INC KOREA. Tokyo and Seoul will anchor its international expansion, connecting brands, artists and creators across the two markets.
