HelmGuard raises $7.3m seed for automated security and compliance reviews
Its AI agents gather evidence from company systems and turn it into reviewable risk assessments for security and compliance teams.
Evidence gathering across company systems
HelmGuard connects to an organization’s internal systems and third-party data to build a live view of assets, vendors, controls and AI agents. Specialized agents can collect and validate evidence, map controls to frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and prepare vendor assessments and security-questionnaire responses with citations back to their sources.
The $7.3 million seed round will help expand the platform as HelmGuard moves into regulated sectors including finance, insurance, healthcare and industry. Security and risk teams set the review scope, inspect the supporting evidence and retain the final decisions, while the software automates recurring collection and analysis.
