An AI-powered security and compliance platform that connects company systems and policies, then uses agents to collect evidence, assess internal controls and vendors, and prepare auditable findings for human review.
HelmGuard connects to an organization's internal systems and third-party data, then brings in policies and process documents to create Atlas, a live view of assets, vendors, controls and AI agents. Its prebuilt or custom AI agents can gather and validate evidence, map controls to frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, answer security questionnaires, assess vendors and produce reports with citations back to source material.
Security, compliance and risk teams use the platform to reduce manual follow-up and keep assessments current. Teams set the scope and rules for agents, review the evidence and findings, and make the decisions—such as accepting a vendor or changing a control—with an audit trail. The company is moving beyond seed-stage development into deployments, including a TELUS Health GRC program it announced as a customer in September 2026.
