Inflection Point Ventures backs the geospatial software company’s expansion.

Heliware raised ₹4.5 crore in a bridge round led by Inflection Point Ventures, announced on February 12, 2026. The financing supports international partnerships, hiring and working capital.

The company said it had developed a nationwide high-resolution terrain model with flood simulation and line-of-sight analysis. Those capabilities provide a basis for taking its geospatial products into additional markets while supporting existing projects.
