Health Force raises €4.2m seed to expand AI agents across European hospitals
The company will add hospital workflows, grow its delivery teams and expand into Germany, France and Spain.
Agents that work inside hospital systems
Health Force deploys AI agents inside the hospital software teams already use. The agents follow hospital rules, read case information, complete administrative workflows and record their actions for staff review. Cases that need judgment are routed to people with the relevant checks and context.
The €4.2m seed round will expand the catalogue into quality reporting, clinical-trial operations and resource optimization, grow engineering and delivery teams, and support entry into Germany, France and Spain. The company says its agents are already in production across hospital operations in Italy and quality reporting in Portugal.
The workflow focus is on administrative capacity: agents can handle prior authorizations, insurance claims and billing while leaving exceptions visible to hospital staff. Health Force says its deployments support more than 200,000 patient cases each year, giving it an operating base as it broadens its catalogue and geographic reach.
