Health Force deploys AI agents inside the hospital software teams already use. Each agent follows the hospital’s rules, reads case information, completes a workflow and records its actions for staff review; exceptions that require judgment are routed to people rather than left buried in an automated process.

Current workflows include prior authorizations, insurance claims, billing and quality reporting, with clinical-trial operations also in beta. The product is sold to hospitals and healthcare groups seeking more administrative capacity without replacing their existing systems. Health Force reports production use in eight hospitals and more than 200,000 patient cases handled each year.
